August 2nd witnessed the inking of EPC contract for Technical Modernization of Desheng Steel by and between CISDI and Yunnan Desheng Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (Sichuan Desheng Group). The cooperation between both parties was reviewed in the signing ceremony, and their friendship is further consolidated by this cooperation. CISDI will work closely with all parties concerned to contribute to the strategic layout of Desheng Group and the sustainable development of Desheng Steel.

The technical modernization project is a major move of Desheng Steel to eliminate the outdated facilities, optimize the product mix, conserve the energy and reduce the emission, which is of great strategic significance to its competitiveness enhancement and sustainable development. CISDI is contracted to supply ironmaking, steelmaking, rolling mill, blower station and gas storage station on EPC basis. This is the largest order for CISDI in southwestern China following Panxi project this year.
