On July 28th, 2009, the heavy plate rolling line of No.1 RHF for Shagang designed by CISDI smoothly went through the hot test run.

The facility was constructed with a designed capacity of 0.7mt/a, to be China’s largest heavy plate rolling line so far. Its completion will greatly upgrade the production with technical content and added value, promoting Shagang into the range of most competitive iron and steel enterprises

CISDI was in charge of this project with engineering design, software programming, commissioning and field service. CISDI engineers did their best to overcome all the difficulties and proved CISDI to be a responsible and preferred engineering service provider.
