Benxi Steel held the checking and acceptance signature ceremony for 2300mm HSM on August, 28, 2009. The HSM was designed by CISDI, and was the most wide and advanced HSM in the world.
Zhang Xiaofang, President of Benxi Steel, addressed the ceremony, Gan Ge, Factory Manager of Rolling Mill of Benxi Steel, Mr. Benner, Vice President of SMSS and Mr. Tsuchiya, Vice President of TMEIC signed one the checking and acceptance contract.
