On October 10^th, the peripheral facilities of No. 4 BF for Shuicheng Steel undertaken by CISDI on EPC basis came into construction, and the backout of the old sintering plan, which was to be the main field for BF and HBF began in the next day signing that the No. 4 BF for Shuicheng Steel formally started.
