October 16th saw a successful ignition for the No.8 BF of Shaogang Group (CSG) conducted by CISDI on EPC basis. CSG Chairman & Party Secretary Yu Ziquan, CISDI Chairman & Party Secretary Xiao Xuewen and related units leaders together started up the crystal ball for the BF ignition. The first ladle of hot metal came out on the morning of October 17^th, signing that the No. 8 BF for CSG successfully went into operation. The BF ran the coal injection system on the next day and for now all systems are running well and achieving the designed requirements.
