On December 13rd, CISDI mansion was awarded the title of 2009 top10 Energy Saving & Emissions Reduction Green Building in China at the 2009 China Urban Construction and Real Estate Development Summit Forum in Beijing, It was the only building to win this honor in the western China, signing that CISDI has taking lead in the field of construction energy saving & emissions reduction.

 

 

CISDI mansion is the new office building for CISDI staff, which will be in use in 2010. The design and construction have followed the green construction standard. It has adopted a lot of humanized energy saving & Emissions reduction technology, some of which were development by CISDI independently, It has aimed to saving 65% energy.

 

 

In recent years, CISDI has made great effort to research on green urban construction and achieved a big progress, In 2008, CISDI R&D Center was nominated as the Low Energy Consumption Demonstration Project by MOHURD. In October, 2009 CISDI has signed Chongqing’s first Low Carbon Industrial Park Strategic Cooperation Agreement with international enterprises, involving in the work of low carbon. Now CISDI mansion has set another example for the green urban construction.
