CISDI delegation paid a visit to Nippon Steel Engineering, JFE and Mitsubishi Corporation from April 25 to 30, 2010, having amicable discussion over projects and cooperation of common concern. Chairman Xiao Xuewen met with the top management of Mitsubishi Corporation and JFE. During the meeting with Mr. Shiraki Seiji, the Executive Vice President of Mitsubishi Corporation, both parties agreed that a closer strategic partnership shall be built up in broader scope and to deeper extent to develop the overseas iron & steel market. During the meeting with JFE management, Mr. Xiao exchanged ideas with Mr. Kaihara Toshikazu on the cooperation projects and both parties reached common understanding on CISDI’s further involvement in JFE overseas project.
