The 8-strand bloom and round caster for Tiantie Metallurgy by CISDI on EP basis successfully cast the first round billet on December 2nd,2009, after 320x410mm blooms of 50000t has been produced smoothly. The round billets were detected to has the eligible shape and quality, with the standard of φ280mm.
