Successful Startup of Revamped WISCO RHF No.2 by CISDI for 1700mm HSM

Revamped RHF No.2 of 1700mm HSM, supplied by CISDI Industrial Furnace Co. Ltd. (a subsidiary of CISDI) on EPC basis was successfully heated up on Dec. 17, 2009, three days ahead of schedule. The reheating furnace has been working well since its start up.
The revamping was started in 2009, and the on-line construction was concluded in only three months, helping the client to get the silicon steel market share. The design features include the change of curved furnace top to flat top, adding of gas preheating and application of oil-gas mixed burner.
It is the fifth reheating furnace supplied by CISDI Industrial Furnace Co. Ltd. on EPC basis for WISCO in past 15 months, another proof of the company’s strength in reheating furnace field.
