CISDI 2009 Annual Conference was held from 17 to 19, January 2009. Mr. Xiao Xuewen, board chairman of CISDI addressed the meeting and made a closing speech. He called upon all CISDIers to raise awareness and deepen understanding of the current economic situation, and to proceed with confidence and tide over the difficulties together.

Mr. Yu Zhaohui, managing director of CISDI made the report of the business operation work in 2008 on behalf of the managing board. The report analysed the complex economic environment faced by CISDI and set forth the major economic indicators and targets for the year of 2009.

Mr. Dai Zhenqing, Secretary of CISDI Party Committee hosted the Theme Speech and nine speeches were given at the conference.  

Attendees of the conference also included CISDI senior officials, senior technical adviser, technical adviser, chief officers, general manager assistants, assistant chief engineer, executives of all CISDI department and subsidiaries, senior project managers and representatives of engineering managers.
