Mr. Xiao Xuewen, President of CISDI met with Mr. Takashi Hirao, Vice President of Usiminas with Mr. Sakakida Masakazu, General Manager of Heavy Machinery Division of Mitubishi Corporation in Belo Horizonte, Brazil on March 20, 2009.
