The foundation laying ceremony for technical modernization project of Valin Xigang Relocation was held in Jiangsu Jingjiang, China. Leaders from government and enterprises participated in the ceremony. Mr. Xiao Xuewen, Chairman of CISDI , as the representative of EPC contractor, delivered a speech.

Mr. Xiao thanked for the trust of Valin Xigang and expressed that CISDI will ensure the progress and quality for this project in order to realize the target of building green Xigang with advanced technology of energy-saving and environment friendliness and scientific management. CISDI could create more benefit for our customer by providing value-added service in the whole life-time of project.

To meet the need of industrial restructuring and improving environmental condition, meanwhile, revamp the irrational process and equipment, Valin Xigang implemented this technical modernization project for which CISDI contracted its Φ258PQF tube rolling line on EPC basis.
