On the ceremony, CISDI president Yu Zhaohui signed with Ba Nan District Government,AECOM Technology Group Corporation, Wales Low-carbon Energy Institute and Cardiff University on the strategic agreement to build Chongqing Low Carbon Industrial Park. The signing parties were going to build friendly and cooperative relations on the strategic level and jointly devote to the generalization of low carbon industrial in Chongqing and throughout China.
