On October 29^th 2009, a conference was held in the Great Hall of the People to release the list of Top100 National Outstanding Projects for the 60^th anniversary of the foundation of the People’s Republic. This award was commended by CCIA and other 11 construction associations jointly. 4 projects in the metallurgical construction industry were chosen, among which 3 were designed by CISDI: Baosteel phrase1, 2, 3 projects, the renovation and expansion project of Ansteel, 1.5mt/a stainless steelmaking plant engineering project of TISCO. Winning this honor indicates that CISDI is fully recognized by the industry and has made great contribution to the development of Chinese metallurgical industry in the past 60 years.
