Phase I of coil rolling line designed by CISDI for Xinxing Cast Tube Group was successfully put into operation on February 6, 2010.

In Phase I, the line consists of 28 mills. The roughing and intermediate rolling mills are proposed with alternately arranged vertical and horizontal stands featuring high rigidity and short stress. The finishing mills are V-shaped 45-degree heavy-duty mills, allowing high-speed, single-line and torsion-free rolling. The max. rolling speed in Phase I is 90m/s so far.

The project will promote product mix optimization and increase the added value of products. As the first cooperation between CISDI and Xinxing Group since the signing of strategic partnership agreement, its smooth startup lays a solid foundation for further cooperation and marks the strong presence of CISDI in long product field.
