High-speed wire rolling line #B designed by CISDI for Shanxi Tongcai Trade Co., Ltd. was successfully hot commissioned on March 28, 2012.

This is the first dual-line high-speed wire rolling project designed by CISDI, with Line #A and #B separately arranged in two bay. It is implemented with torsion-free rolling, micro-tension rolling, looper tension-free rolling, high-speed & temperature-controlled rolling. Equipment from pre-finishing up to laying head are imported, which can guarantee rolling speed of 110m/s. Line #A is expected to start up at end of April.

Production Capacity: 1.5mt/a

Main Product Sizes: plain wire coils of Φ5.5mm~Φ20mm and deformed wire bar of Φ6.0 mm~Φ16mm
