April 13, 2012 witnessed the conclusion of Strategic Partnership Agreement between Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry and CISDI. Mr. Xiao Xuewen, chairman of CISDI, and Mr. Song Jiajing, chairman of Dalian Heavy Industry DCW Group Co., Ltd. and Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. signed the agreement on behalf of respective party.

CISDI has worked successfully with Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Group in many reference plants for years, and this Strategic Partnership Agreement is intended to build a long-term stable collaborative relation in aspect of marketing, product development, engineering design, equipment supply, production technology, manufacturing technology, training and manufacturing, with focus on metallurgical equipment, torpedo car and cranes.
